When you download a file, you must choose a location where it will be stored. If you can't remember where you saved it, use the Find utility (of Explorer in Windows) and search for '*.mp3'. Yes and No. Mp3 files, are legal if the copyrighted owner allows distribution freely of the file. If not, such as major labeling artists, they hold copyright for that particular song. Unfortunately, we can not determine this.

Yes, this site is legal. We just index the Internet, and store in a database the links we get. We do not host the files that are colleted, and can not determine the legibility of an mp3.
